Craigslist find! Snugtop Rebel with sportsman package, vented windoors, and flipdown window. Previous owner paid $2750 new, I got it with custom drawers for much less. Only issue were a few scratches that he corrected with his included touch-up pen. I just wired the 3rd brake light and still need to wire the LEDs to constant power.

Note that I'll remove the TRD stickers next....

Kick me down the stairs and call me stupid if this is obvious or already been asked....

Does keyless entry on snugtop, or any shell, not apply to windoors? Not really seeing the point of keyless if I need a key for windoors

keyless entry is only on rear glass, not windoors.

I got a quote from a dealer today for ARE V series for $1350, windoors run $100 per side, $140 for the Yakima rails, and$100 for carpeted headliner with free installation .He mentioned that the CX series is the same thing inly difference is that it has a lifetime warranty vs a 5 year warranty on the v for $1599 . The CX had free carpeted headliner promo right now . Is it worth the extra for lifetime warranty vs 5 years?

Same question...I am leaning V Series but am I missing something that’s extremely different on the CX?

I was quoted $1750 out the door for a ARE V series with headliner, fold down sliding window, led dome light, and Yakima rails with no racks.

My other option is a Ranch Sierra for around the same price maybe $50 less with the same options.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

ARE CXHD. Had to buy new, I've never seen a used HD version. Carpeted headliner was free, but the HD version was $450 extra, so was the RhinoRack.

Do you have any interior photos of the CX HD? I’m curious how much space that internal skeleton takes up. The rhino rack was ordered from dealer as well?

The internal frame is approximately the same size as the door opening. I got the top rack myself separately from ETrailer. I don't think Rhino rack makes that version any longer, but they have a similar version. I love the extra load capacity the internal frame provides

I have a Leer QX100 on my truck, about $2200.00. I was skeptical a first about whether or not I would use it that much but since I've had it I don't think I'll ever take it off. I bought a utility trailer for when I need to haul something that won't fit in the shell. One of the most important things is making sure you have a proper seal at the front of the bed, It can be a problem for leaking if not done correctly. So far after two years mine has never leaked. Before this thread closes you will probably have a Guy post on here about how terrible all fiberglass shells are. He's a big fan of AluCab. Claims you can even park a Land Cruiser on top . Might be what you're looking for if you need a car hauler too.20180116_161323.jpg

I was quoted $3500 for a leer xr100 with the Acadia package and a few other things. Unfortunately max weight is only 150lbs on can. I wanted the XQ100 originally because it was mad cute but I need the Windoors.

I do like the alucab but convincing the gf that it’s not that ugly and also that it having a shell that isn’t dog friendly isn’t the end of the world. I like how much weight that it can hold and I feel like the pricing would be worth it.

I did like the ARE CX HD because of the reinforced skeleton but I didn’t like the bars that it comes with specifically the height. Was quoted $2550 cash with windoors and carpet headliner and power/lights.

My last option is a Snugtop rebel with the sportsman package. But the closest dealer is 4 hours away.

Ideally a RRT with a few other goodies can be mounted on top of the shell, have some pet screens with a sliding Windsor and would hold up to some light wheeling.

I’m asking for so much and I’m incredibly indecisive.
