They’re all the way maxed out on the fronts. If I’m not mistaken that would be the 5th clip. I can take a look sometime today.

2018 TRD OR stock suspension with ARE Z-Series and no sag. Website shows 180 lbs for my model....FWIW.

I also have the Snugtop hi liner sport on my long bed with carpet kit and it most definitely took the rake off my truck. Maybe lowered it by 0.5” or so if I had to guess. When I added my drawers and camping stuff it visibly sagged and the sag became worse over time. I also noticed that unladen, with the shell, I would bottom out more frequently. I think the shocks in the OR trim are just not that good

Lift (AAL, bilstein 6112/5160) and air springs fixed that!

edit: forgot about the rack, my frontrunner slimline ii easily weighs 40+ too. Sliders and armor went on after the lift so not sure how they would have affected weight distribution

Basically the same here. Before I installed an ARE Z series top there was a difference of >1”. After the install (ARE said the shell weighs ~180 lbs), the difference between the front and rear was <1”. The rear remains slightly higher which leaves me with the ability to add more weight in the back before it evens out.

Similar experience - dropped about 0.5-1” after installing just the snugtop rebel, then was level once adding in my sleeping platform/rack/recovery gear. Some additional sag when fully loaded for multi-day trips and also just added steel skids and soon to be sliders. Will be getting a lift soon to correct - I bottom out more than I’d like to on trails.

Sorry, don’t take many side shots - 1st photo gf is sitting on tailgate so might have more bro lean than normal, 2nd photo is loaded up:

Measured before and after adding my Leer 100XL and rear was down a little under an inch. After adding my storage trunk with emergency gear and some tools I’ve probably sagged an inch total, was the same on my second gen. I wouldn’t worry about it, my second gen didn’t need rear leaf replacement for 7 years and 125k miles with around 300-400lbs of constant weight on and in the bed.

Century ultra sport . Little on the $$ side. Wife wanted it . Lmao .lost no HEIGHT, as I have deaver U402 stage 2 expedition leaf pack , which allows me the full 2” of lift . With a extra 200 pounds left over for gear .

Upgrade your leaf springs . Look into deaver leaf springs . I had the same issue with sag. As I have a black amour bed mat that weighs 70 pounds . Then like you tools and gears . The oem leaf spring just couldn’t take the continue weight . Figured I’d try and save you agro & cut from the chase if you don’t want to watch your truck sag

My Leer 180 pretty much leveled out my Access Cab on stock suspension.

Every aftermarket set of leaf springs or AAL set I’ve used on my second gen tacoma started squeaking within two years and nothing I did could fix the problem. Don’t get me wrong OEM squeak eventually but I got 5+ years before any noticeable squeak with 300-400lbs in the bed. My truck does still have a tiny bit of rake but is almost level so I don’t see the need to upgrade. When they wear out in 5 more years I’ll swap in another set of OEM springs. I bought an entire set of off-road suspension take offs including the upper control arms and leaf springs with only 3k miles on them for $400 a year ago so they’ll sit on the shelf in the garage for another 5 years till this suspension is beat. Just not a fan of throwing big money at something I know will become a serious annoyance, nothing like rolling through a parking lot at low speeds squeaking at every speed bump.

A little grease at the contact pads of the leaves takes care of that. Droop the suspension to take most of the pressure off and get a little crowbar or long screwdriver to separate the leaves enough to spray some lithium grease or similar in there. Doing that once or twice a year has always stopped/prevented the squeaking for me in the trucks I’ve had in my life.

Might have to give that a try with yearly maintenance, once they start squeaking tho it’s almost impossible to fix with these tacoma springs. I’ve tried all that and it only cures the noise for a month or less and then it always comes back.
