    I understand your point . You bring up a good point . Also there is enough oem leaf springs used on the market . To take care of your needs for years to come .
    As your right , to modify your suspension is big money . When In fact oem suspension does just fine .

    Almost an inch with the ARE added. Since I'm going to be towing a boat almost every time I go to the woods I added air bags. DONE. Behind me. On to more important things. With airbags I can choose any rake I want, anytime I want. KISS

    Definitely lost a bit of the rake adding a topper, but it also made the back end ride a bit better and not be quite as jittery over bumps.

    Actually, if I am just restoring stock rake after loading it down with a boat trailer and a bed full of camping equipment then it acts to lessen u-joint deflection from squatting. That's all I am using them for anyway: load it without regard for rear squat, restore stock rake when done.
