Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
I picked up an ARE topper off of Craigslist for $100. I think it is a "Classic Aluminum" series with side windows that open and a built in ladder rack. It is white and doesn't match the truck, but I only put it on when I go hunting or need to keep my tools dry when I go to the cabin. The price was right and my wife and I can easily put it on and take it off (very light weight). When I don't need it, it hangs out behind the garage on a couple saw horses.

I think fiberglass canopys for a truck like ours weigh around 150 lbs. Never weighed the one on my previous truck but handling them is definitely a two person job. Then you need some place to store it. Eventually I learned to hate the thing and just left it on the truck all the time. I should have cut it into pieces and hauled it away. :) You might take a look at the Bestop and Softopper soft folding canopys. Around 30 lbs and removal is a two minute single person job.
