Camper wiring

    Posted this in the camper/tonneau section but it appears it gets very little traffic.

    I have a 2008 and bought a secondhand Leer topper with the following trailer plug already installed. What wires on the other end of male plug that I will install need to be tapped into where?

    The topper also has a dome light with an on/off switch.

    That looks like some one used a 4-Pin trailer plug.
    You’d need know what wire goes to what component (Light) on the Camper Top first.
    After you figure that, then you can find out where each wire goes to the truck.

    Undo that shrink wrap around the connections and wire and we should be able to tell you something.
