    it sucks. I couldn't care less if someone has a license or not. There's nothing that can prevent non license use. I think as long as you're not on a frequency where you are disruptive to normal communication channel, do whatever.

    I plan on getting my license. I think people should but realistically how they hell are they going to find a crew of trucks and site us in the forest. Some of us know how hard it is for the sheriffs to find us.

    I have never understood how they could track and catch you. But we got yelled at for using a frequency that was used by others even though we couldnt here them hardly at all in most of the area we were in they could definitely here us. I tought it was weird untell i was with my freind on his boat at loon lake and we could hear rio vista bridge. Talk about some range. That was on 156.800 or in marine chanels its 16. Learning more everyday i guess.
