    Howdy,

My wife has a 2015 Toyota Camry LE (2.5L 4 cylinder) with about 92k-93k miles on it. Within the last few months I've been getting into doing the routine maintenance items on my Tacoma and her Camry.

Well...I doubt she's ever gotten her trans fluid drained and filled (she normally goes to the quick lube places for oil changes, I know, I know...).

I've heard everything from it's a lifetime fluid it doesn't need to be changed. To, absolutely it needs to be changed. And I've also heard that once a vehicle gets to so many miles people just leave it. I think people were getting it changed at 60k and some going as long as 100k from what I was reading online.

I've had the conversation and we plan on keeping the car for some time to come say the next 5-10 years. What should I do, get it changed or leave it?

Ideally should have been done sooner. Drain and fill you'd probably be fine. I refuse to flush any transmission.
