Looking to replace my cam position sensors. My part# is 90919-T5005. I see other numbers online like 90919-05060 that I’m told are compatible with each other. Is this true? Anyone have this issue?

Not sure about part numbers but why do you want to change the sensors. They rarely fail.

If you've got cam sensor related trouble codes you really should check timing and a couple other things before throwing parts at it

My truck is a 2011 so when it started acting up. About 2 years ago. Technician told me the diagnostic reader was telling him the sensor was bad and needed replacement. Did so with an aftermarket part from olrilies and it worked but two days ago it started up again and spitting out the same code. Dealership recommended replacement with OEM sensors. That’s when I came across my original dilemma. I know many parts are compatible across many models of the same brand so just wanted to know is sensor 90919-t5005 is compatible with sensor 90919-05060. According to eBay and Amazon they are. Just looking to confirm.

I hope they didn't just read a code and said the sensor was bad.

    What codes are you getting?

I would highly reccomend staying away from Amazon/ebay for auto parts, most of the "OEM" stuff on there is counterfeit and the rest of it is super cheap knockoff junk that isn't worth the time it takes to put on.
Get them from an actual dealer, brick and mortar auto store, or rock auto.
