Can a buyer MAKE me sell something to them legally?

    It would fall under the Interstate Commerce Clause (a US regulation) which regulates interstate commerce. It would be legally binding since the sender acted on the sale before the offer was retracted by sending money in the mail. As soon as the money was dropped off in the mailbox acting on the sale, the seller is under obligation to deliver the item. The mailbox rule I included above shows federal case law.
