Some 2020s, that changed. My Sport (with Tech package) for example, didn't have the always hot. The wire is there, it's just not active. Bob mentioned some 2nd gens didn't have all the wires there and also some 2016+ Camry's were the same as my Tacoma, wire is there but it's disabled.

That could be, I don't know. The schematic I posted was from 2016. I think that @Kev250R indicated that his 2020 mirror/opener was always powered.

Your response was pretty useless and confusing; how is adding anything Homelink more streamlined and require fewer parts than clicking a button on a garage door opener or opening an app on a phone to open the garage door? Why did you put "streamlined" and "fewer" in quotes? Are you saying it is hypothetically streamlined and hypothetically requires fewer parts? If so, you proved my point.

I don't even know what this means; "Also, depending on the answer to my next question (below), the answer to my next question below!"

BTW where are you getting the Homelink visor idea from? I thought the question was adding a Homelink mirror. Which is a pretty easy swap.

Yea, I think it was the 2015 that didn't have the wire. Mine (2014) is definitely there (granted I haven't tested the wires with a multimeter).
