Can a Launcher screw-up my head unit?

    2014 Black Tacoma Double Cab
    I just got my joying head unit installed and I love it. Got a T-mobile sim in. The 4G is awesome. However it doesn’t have any themes and I would like to personalize it a little bit. I was wondering if installing a car launcher like vivid or amaga could possibly mess up my head you. Wouldn’t want to screw anything up.
