Just got a call from auto shop... I won't get the truck until next week (tuesday) so it will definitely not be this weekend.

Ok cool, I should be able to make it. I can help with the front, but the AAL's I have no idea about.

Wow, cool. Ask (for help) and yee shall receive. Isn't that cool about our TW NorCal community!

Good thing you're letting Sears handle the springs. Those DIY compressors are dangerous and marginal at best.

OE top plates for my 2nd gen were $120/each from Toyota!!! Nuts for a stupid metal plate. Maybe a bit cheaper for a 1st gen but probably not much less. That's why I just swapped. Try posting in the Wanted section. Someone might have a pair of plates lying around.

I know. Guys have been really cool around here.

I found some OEM plates for $60 and NAPA has some aftermarket for $25 a piece.

But that's a good idea. I'll put a WTB ad to see if anyone does have some laying around.

    Thanks

I still have the Fabtech coilovers if you want them. You would have to cut the top bolt off, but the top plates should be in good condition. Unfortunately I don't have the tools to cut them off otherwise I would do it for you.

Yeah they are Tacoma Fabtec Coilovers so they will work. Only problem is getting them off.
