Can anyone tell me show me which bracket is missing?

Rear FJ Cruiser Disc Brakes, Front Tundra Brakes, Heated 4Runner Mirrors, 2018 Tacoma OEM 18" Wheels

It goes here where the REAR mud guards are located, not sure what it looks like since it was not on the bed when I bought it. And mine was already at the scrap yard. The picture below is from a more recent picture after the bed was painted with chassis saver magnet paint company's frame restorer for complete protection against NY salt and RUST !

I believe it goes bolted to where the NEW bolts you see in the picture are located. If anyone can chime in on the part number or name of these brackets, I Know there is a LEFT and RIGHT side. I would kindly appreciate your efforts.
