Hey OP it’s either dog, coyote or wolf piss depending where you live. I have coyotes piss on my tires often where I live (rural area).

I changed the spot where I park and now my wife’s tire has piss on it. More than likely what happened to you.

 

some wisenheimer poured some oil by your tire to make you think theres a leak,
