This is my first 4x4 Tacoma and just got a lift installed and 285 ko2’s
I did the Ecgs bushing before the lift to avoid issues.

but after my lift I decided I’d drive it home for the day and let the springs settle a bit before getting an alignment done in a couple days, and I had quite a bit of vibrations around 50 to 70.
    I didn’t take it past 70.

I’m getting an alignment tomorrow but maybe thinking its the tires that need a do over on the balancing?

Yes, alignment issues can cause vibes. Have a good alignment done before re-balancing.

Those tires gave me balancing issues when I first got them on one of my trucks. Maybe the E load is harder to balance or they just messed up mine the first time.

trucks suspension is not designed to run on 3X oversized tires and 3x added unsprung weight from E load tires, OEM braking system not designed to stop both of them

Why B4 re-balancing? How are they related?

Contrary to popular belief alignment will not cause a vibration,it can cause tire wear that leads to a vibration though.

I've been using Discount tire for my tires for over 20 years, never had a problem with the company, they back their work. I don't know if thats an option for you over the dealer or not?

Already been said, but if the issue is at a certain speed, I'd put money on a balance. Should be an easy fix
