i got the steel wheels and the 40 degree TPMS sensors and i have decided to possibly order the XD Hoss 795 wheels. i thought about just maybe ordering the OEM Pacific PMV-107j factory TPMS sensors (brand new) from ebay for around $125 a set. But i was wondering, does Discount have a way of programming the new ones into the computer?? or do i need to write down the serial number and take it to the toyota dealer? how does this work. (by the way, i have thought about the strap kit and/or using the 180 turn method but i feel more safer using OEM replacements instead. Thanks for the input guys! :p

Yes they can and most shops have a "reader" that will capture the ID number.

    OEM replacements? yikes...

I hate to see anyone spend more money then they have too. Just keep in mind that manufacturers are solely in the business of making money and sometimes they are sneaky or misleading. Just sayn, maybe reconsider? but to each his own bro.
