The Entune GPS position for my truck is off by at least 300 ft, and with the signal transmission lag time, that can extend up to 500 ft in some cases. Driving in mountain areas or at night, I would miss a road or a turn.

I tried to play with the calibration arrows on screen, but it's not changing anything. Can it be reprogrammed or is there a way to recalibrate it?

I'm not sure there is any calibration you can do to a GPS receiver. Being that far off is really odd. Was this just once or is it all the time? These built-in GPS units are not very helpful sometimes, where a Garmin will tell you how many satellites it can acquire at once. If you can only see 2 or 3 due to geography, that might cause this. But otherwise, it is a pure time-based system that should work as you would expect. Perhaps it actually has an internal defect, that is about the only other thing I could think of.
