Can I change the color of my dash lights?

Ok, I have ordered the lights finally but now I have another question... By installing the blue LEDs, it will change the cluster blue. BUT, will this change the needles blue as well or are there separate bulbs that illuminate the needles? Basically what I want to acheive is a blue cluster set but have red needles.

 

im thinking you can color the needle red at the back and use white led at the back of the needles.. ill try to open the cluster today and see if it would like that like my other toyota

 

I think the needles are already red. But I'm not sure if they use the same light thats behind the tach/speedometer or if they have thier own personal light.
