Can I clean this type of MAF ?!

    question?
    Can I clean this type of MAF ? I thought my truck had the usual MAF seen on every YouTube video but when I took this maf off I was surprised to see another style like this.

    I’m going to wait until I can verify.

    slowly erasing past owner hacks
    They are delicate. My son just went thru an idle issue on his Scion. He said it started before using the CNC maf/map cleaner but I wonder. The alternator had issues and was changed first. Still wanted to die at idle (rough, slow rich), spark plugs wet/changed. Unplugged the maf, idled better. New maf did it.

    That's a crappy aftermarket sensor, that's why it looks different. In any case it doesn't look dirty.
