Can i fit Hub Rings with Method 305 wheels?

2021 Tacoma Off-Road

Hi. I know many here know that method nv305 has a 108 bore size and our tacomas have 106. I am planning to place 108-106 hub rings on with the methods. Has anyone here tried this? If you were able to, were you able to keep the method hub caps or did you have to take it off?
