    7-11/16" (bottom); 4-11/16" (top)

Seems like it would. The ultimate test is wether you can keep the hard backing on the seat though. I had to remove mine for a older Mr. Marv box

I have a 10" rockford fosgate in a standard truck box shoved back there. Still have the hard plastic on the back of the seat too. Fits perfectly and Is solid. Then built an amp rack around that and bolted it all to the truck using the stock JBL sub enclosure holes.

Yea, that's what I'm worried about. Does anyone know if I would have to do the same with a Tacotunes box?

Nice Moose. I'm about to attempt my first install. I'm just debating on what sub and amp to buy. How does your setup sound with rock? What do you listen to mostly?
