    Roger that
I'm just not sure if junkyards in central Michigan will have any tacomas, they go fast here. And I agree that it would be cheaper and I obviously wouldn't do this myself but probably have a buddy to help me out

If you go with a full ome suspension all the around you can’t go wrong. Ome stuff is pretty reasonably priced for what you get. You can go with a front coil with a spring rate that suits your needs for you front end weight. Armor ect
Try contacting Marie from headstrong and she’ll get you pointed in the right direction.

If you got buddy's then go for it. At least it'd be a cheap learning experience.

Look for local members on here that have stuff in their garage. I am sure there are a few suspension parts floating around or hidden under piles of other parts.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

^^^This^^^ Anyone who has replaced a leaf pack with Emu, Deaver, Alcan etc probably has a stock 6 lug leaf pack in their garage taking up space... You'd be doing them a favor taking the leafs off their hands lol... Then ya just have to find a 5 lug leaf pack.

It wouldn't be obnoxious at all... Especially if you don't ask what the biggest sized tires you can fit without lifting your truck (guys who have been around will get that lol)

But if it's in your budget, I would just buy new OME and be done. You could be searching for months before finding what you need to do the project now. Plus it's tried and true.

Probably not unless you add a winch.

I Don't have any rear springs lying around.

FWIW, the bellows on those upper ball joints look kind of iffy.

What part of Central Michigan are you from Emit?

Frankly, if it was me, I would quit wasting time with all this fuckery about new springs and just throw in some air bags. Only hand tools are needed.

These pics show what looks like blown out rubber bellows. I could be wrong, it just doesn't look quite normal.
