can I get a key made?

    Lowes and Home Depot refuse to touch chipped keys in my area, even when you tell them you just want one to unlock doors.

    They cite corporate policy, and they scan the keys to see if there are chips present.

    I went to a local hardware store instead and they took care of me.

    Strange indeed. In the Lowes here they have a machine where you pay and can cut your own key.

    I think the Lowes and Home Depot in your area are full of poop!
