Don't waste your money on that. No efficiency to be gained by running higher octane. More air in tires? Maybe a bit of gain.

Just did a tire pressure test. 30 psi cold to 40psi cold is worth 1.2 mpg
    Just rolls easier.

Im on stock 4.30 gears. Highly doubt oil has any effect on MPGs, as long as it’s the right weight. I’m using chevron 94 E0. Running 38 psi in my tires.

I’m quite pleased with the MPGs, considering my truck is a bit fat.:) I honestly haven’t noticed much difference in MPGs vs stock. Maybe .5-1 mpg?

Easy to do and change back of the difference isn’t notable. I think there’s a Ronnie Dahl video where he states roof racks are the #1 detractor from good mileage at highway speeds.

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
If you swap to 17 inch wheels you can find 285s in C or D load range in the low 50lb range.
I’m in a less fuel efficient truck and get 17 comb with 285s, lift, canopy, winch. Low speed limit around here as well - 60 mph.

In short, no! "Resistance is futile." You are close to the physical limit of what the truck can do given all the variables that you mentioned. The same goes for those with feather feet; they are also at or near a physical limit based on their variables.

Enjoy the ride! Use 87 Octane. You'll make it up in resale value - just like the 4Runners, Tundras, Sequoias, etc.

not be rude but what you get when you do what you have done to the truck is what you get in mpg
I live at 5200 above sea level and every direction is up hill. So mpg sucks compared to the flat lands,
but I can get non ethanol gas locally. cost a little more but I learned to put some in every other tank
full just to keep the ethanol under control. It does effect mpg with a full tank of non ethanol gas I got
29 mpg on the freeway on cruise control going from 5200 to 7000 ft. Cruise was set at 73 mph, was
trying to find the answer to another problem. which was too much ethanol in the gas. Best I every did
was 30 mpg on a flat road at 4,500 ft ele. at 45 mph. Wind resistance hurts worse than weight as long
as you are not accelerating and slowing down and then having to get back up to speed. At 80 to 85 forget
mpg because it doesn't work that way. Or leave the truck in the garage and buy a Pruis for daily commutes.

I would start by trying to figure out how much better your fuel economy can get by these upgrades, then calculate the lifetime savings vs. the cost of said work. Re-gearing and tuning are not cheap items.

Lol. He won’t notice the 1/8mpg difference it’ll make when he’s slapping those tires around at 75mph on the 405.

OP, if you want an “air dam,” I’ll give you one for free. Everyone agrees it makes your truck look better.

There’s nothing practical you can do to significantly improve your gas mileage other than slow down. 85mpg destroys your gas mileage. Maybe try 70-72 mph that’s still fast, but will add a few mpg.
Reducing weight 100 lbs will only add about a 1% improvement, hardly noticeable. Jacking up a tire typically designed to run at 30-32 psi to 40psi is a good way to decrease road contact and increase the risk of skidding on wet or snowy pavement.
From actual road testing by consumer reports- you won’t find 85mpg in the chart but you can see how much more you would lose at that speed:

Keep it between 65-70mphs, reduce weight via wheel and tire combo...consider going to 265/75r16. Some nice/functional ones between 40-45lbs.

I drive 70-80mph for 3 hours on my screaming loud e-load mud terrains (37psi) on a 1-2" lift with the 6mt and I still get 15-16 mpg. Something is off.

The bed cover make the MPGs worse or better? I figured worse due to extra weight.
