Welcome in. I am New myself. I will take you up on that offer. I am about to put in some Wheeler addleafs to beef up that sloppy rear end. I notice the TSB calls for a wheel alignment is that necessary?

Well now that the chatter heads are done stealing your thread. I have an 07 Reg. Cab base model and was wondering if I am eligible for the Add a leaf TSB. Welcome to the forum and you just have to ignore the chatter heads. They know better but sometimes get carried away.

I'll stand back and let the Op chime in but from what I've gathered, I don't think the reg. cabs are on the list. This is not to say you can't find yourself a nice dealer who likes to color outside the lines and is willing to help you out. (he does get paid) tapedshut.gif

Crank up the search link and look up reg cab tsb or similar and you may find some more to help you along while you wait for the Tech.

Generally when you change any suspension component you should do an alignment. With how the Tacoma's suspension is designed I'd say it probably isn't absolutely necessary but if you wanna be sure about proper tire wear it couldn't hurt.

It's not really an "add a leaf", Toyota has us completely change the leaf springs and add Bilstein's. As of Jan of this year the TSB only pertains to 4x4 and prerunner access and double cab '05 to '08.

    You should be....
