Can I install locking hubs?

    You wouldn't, the only difference it spins all the parts inside the front diff. The newer ones still spin both axles but the spider gears are unlocked inside the diff. In all my older Toyota trucks if they were call for bad weather I locked the hubs in just in case and no I never had any issues of not being able to lock our unlock the hubs by hand.
