Depends on your wiring Skills .Define Issues ??

    Why does it need moved?

I am guessing no ABS or cruise control.

Short answer yes if you can fab up a proper battery tray, use the correct wiring, and route everything where it won't rub, short, or melt you shouldn't have issues with a relocation.
I wouldn't recommend doing it if your unsure of how to go about that kind of stuff as a screwup could get expensive quickly if something gets shorted or reverse polaritied.

Agree with @Dm93 . It's just a battery. Doesn't matter where it is as long as its protected and install properly. The battery in my wifes Acadia is under the floor.
