Did you try looking in that pesky owners manual? I know they take up a lot of space in the glove box and tend to get "misplaced".

Not sure if anyone makes a tune for it but it could be possible. I imagine you might need to change the injectors to higher cc and perhaps some fuel lines might need to be changed.

Years ago in my Honda drag racing days my high compression engine ran on E85 since it was cheaper than buying race fuel. Hell made more power on e85 too.

    Oh look, another mod....
I only use JP-7 fuel. Hey, if it's good enough for the SR-71 Blackbird, then it's good enough for my lil' taco!

You can put anything in your Taco. Diesel, water, 0W-20.... doesn't mean your engine will run.

Your engine is not designed to run on E85. Look at your user's manual.

To that end, E85 is 85% ethanol. Most "gasoline" sold in the US is E10 (10% ethanol).
Ethanol has a lower energy density (power / unit volume) than gasoline. So, even if your engine could burn E85, you'd need a considerably larger amount of it to do the same amount of work. Getting 20 mpg before? You'll get 12 mpg with E85.
