Can I retrofit a rear Locking Differential?

    '98 Tacoma V6
    I've got a 1998 4x4 V6 Tacoma, but it's the SR5 package, not the TRD. Would it be worth it to try and retrofit a rear locking differential on it for winter in Alaska?

    If I was in your position I would look for a true trac locker, or go with an ARB air locker.
