So I am getting 18's with 275/70/R18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I dont have the suspension lift quite yet but am planning to get it once I can find a set of blisten 5100's and Eibach Springs that arent out of stock.

Anyways, can I even drive my truck with the new wheels mounted? I can imangine there will be hella rubbing. But would I be able to drive it home from the installers (10 miles) and park it until my lift is ready to install?

    Thanks in advance!

You'll be fine for the 10 miles drive home as long you don't go to to full lock or flex the suspension much...

Good Question! The place is going to do the swap of my tire pressure sensors onto the new wheels. I figure they can do the work!
