Can I run my old Tundra spare wheel and tire setup on my Tacoma?

Tacoma has 17” x9 wheel with 265-70-17 tire.
Tundra spare 16”x8 wheel with 265-75-16 tire

I don’t want to buy new wheel or new tire to match.
    Thoughts?

I think the only difference is the width. They should be the same height.

Yes. I just didn’t know if there was some small detail or mechanical issue I was overlooking.

Should be just fine so long as the Tundra wheels were not some goofy offset

If you happen to get a flat and it's only going to be used for a short period, I think you'll be safe.
