Check the terms of your CPO warranty and see if they cover broken suspension components. If they are covered, then you should be good.

Don't think the TSB has been revised to cover 2013 trucks yet. You can try mentioning "rear spring harsh ride" to your dealer's service writer and see what happens.

I called my local stealership to inquire about this TSB and of coarse since my new to me Tacoma is beyond 36K they weren't even discussing the upgrade unless I wanted it done for $1700 parts and labor!!! I am not doing that so is my other option AAL's??

Or an aftermarket leaf pack. OME and All pro can be had for $400-$500.

    Stock for now...
Just had mine in ('08) and tried getting them upgraded to 4 leaf under the Certified Piece of Shit Warranty - no go .
So, guess it's Firestone airbags and a anti-wrap bar ....

Airbags are actually a better choice, as you get to "enjoy" the soft-riding OEM leafs when the bed is empty.

That's absurd! Did they say why it would be be so expensive? I would just get AALs and instal them yourself with a buddy. It took me and my brother in-law only a few hours start to finish.

Replace shocks 2 @ $41, 4 ubolts @ $30 per, 2 leafs @ $700 each!!! Oh and of coarse I would want to put new shocks on the front 2 @ $90 then there is labor for installation of said parts at about $250!!!!! Then he wanted to get smart when I asked why Toyota didn't want to discount any parts. He stated that my truck is six years old and beyond 36k miles!!! I told him last time I checked it said Toyota on both sides and the tailgate and had a Toyota emblem on the front!! I was not aware it became a GM product with no brand loyalty after the warranty ran out!! He didn't want to hear that!!!!
