x2 on this. Please don't go down that route and actually save up for a decent muffler, it's well worth it and you'll be alot happier.

The Aero Turbine AT2525 is an AMAZING muffler, I was about to get the Flowmaster Original 40, but I noticed the AT2525 had a straight through design and was only a little bit more, so i went with the Aero Turbine. With the OEM muffler, I remember I'd usually have to run the RPMs up to about 2,000RPM to get up to speed (well in a decent fashion :p), but now with the Aero Turbine installed, I only need go to about 1,500RPM or sometimes a little lower. It seems like I have a little more lower end torque now. Anywho, thanks to not having a need to Accelerate as hard, i'm getting better gas mileage, and around the city on the straight suburban streets, with the windows down, I can listen to the note coming out of the exhaust to feather the gas pedal even more lightly, and another plus running about at 1,500RPM is that is when the exhaust sounds THE BEST. I've noticed that above 2,000RPM it starts to sound ricey, but it's a V6 not a V8 so I'm not expecting much.

And at 1,500~ it's possible to set off Car Alarms, I mean, Idon't mean to do it on purpose, but still hilarious

Here it is idling after the engine has warmed up (sounds really ricey cold.)

This one has video, but not really a video, just listen to the Audio as I drive around the neighborhood.
