Sounds like you have it figured out. I searched that model on Rv trader and found ones only a few years old for 15 -16 thousand dollars. I feel the same way about Rain days I would just need a table and some games or a place to chill and watch a movie.

I don't recall Camping World charging me a Doc fee more than $50-100. They did have things like the title transfer and other state fees itemized on the bill of sale. there was not freight charges because I got a used one that was traded in. I don't think they charged a cleaning and prep fee then either. It did need a small repair which they completed kinda half. I probably would argue against a cleaning or prep fee because it's something that used to be considered part of the cost of doing business when you sell a vehicle or an RV new or used. I'm in agreement with you about junk dealer fees. sadly that seems to be how things are going anymore.

I've towed a 174BH, I think it was. Having towed an empty box trailer that was smaller than this before, with a 100% stock truck, I hated life. I've found that something to block a lot of the frontal wind helps a ton. I'd highly recommend a canopy or soft topper. Helps guide more drag/wind up and over the trailer instead of smack into the front of it.

The weight police want to kill me over this pic, and I'm not saying you should try this. Just saying that if setup properly you shouldn't have any issues towing that 195RBW. Just keep inspecting your leaf springs, as I had one break on this trip. Thank God it was in a gas station and not on the freeway. I'll also add that I much prefer dual axles. They track better (don't sway around as much), have more redundancy, and WAY more braking power. This setup is harder to stop than my 2 axle car trailer I use to tow my SxS and ATV, and that setup is another 1000-1500 pounds heavier than below, just with less wind resistance since it's an open trailer.
