Even if you could the tongue weight is gonna murder you. Not a wise decision with a light weight truck such as Tacoma.

If it 7k WITH the trailer, then you should be fine. Just make sure you know how to engine brake...it'll help you slow down. I tow my bosses kubota and trailer all the time without problems. Just expect really shitty gas mileage.
If you don't feel comfortable or have any experience towing then DONT tow! Find a buddy with a diesel truck or have it delivered. It'll be cheaper in the long run.
