Can I turn up the volume for Tacoma reading my text messages?

2020 Magnetic Grey TRD Off Road Premium.

Hello,

I have a 2020 Off Road Premium. Is there a way to turn the volume up when the system reads your text messages to you? I have bad hearing & would really like to have it read out a bit louder?

2018 Tacoma TRD PRO MT

There is a separate volume setting that you are able to adjust for all voice prompts (texts, navigation, etc.). You're going to have to play with the different selections on the head until you find it as I am not sure the direct route to get there.

Not sure how toyota does it but ford and mazda you just turn up the volume while the text is playing. It doesn't affect the radio volume.
