Can I use my extra dodge ram Engine filter in my 2019 Tacoma SR5?

I suspect I know the answer to this but can I use my extra dodge ram Engine filter in my 2019 Tacoma SR5? it was for a 2019 ram 1500 V8 hemi. Thanks!

It won't help. Just go to the nearest auto parts store and buy a filter.
I'd recommend a Toyota filter. But in reality, most any brand at the parts store is fine.

Is this about engine air or oil filter? Will assume latter. When I was 15 I had a beater ford Taurus. My younger brother and i decided to use my dad’s Chevy S10 oil filter in it. Went on “fine.” Went to start the car, well long story short my brother and I had to spend some time wiping up the oil off the driveway. Still remember my dad hollering to shut the car off while getting some dirt to throw on the mess.
