Okay so my new headlights came in, and I got quick splices to wire the led lights in the parking lights, but there is 6 wires (4 one on of the side and and 2 on the other) and idk how to wire them all? Do I just wire all Together or all into the parking lights?

^That's my immediate response. Not really sure what I'm looking at. No instructions with the lights? What does each wire do? If they all power various LEDs in the housing for running lights (as opposed to the actual "headlight" portion of the light), then I would assume you would be ok (in the sense that you won't burn the truck down) wiring them all together since LEDs are low-draw. Keeping in mind that everything powered by those wires will light up when power is added. Other than that, we'll need more info. Check the manufacturer's website for install instructions or possibly Youtube. A lot of eBay vendors like to do their own install videos knowing that their products come from china and customer support will be limited, or at least delayed.
I personally don't have any experience with Halo or projector styled replacement headlights so my help here will be limited.

So these are connected to the about 10 little led bulbs on the bottom (in this pic) can I just connect all those wires together and then connect them to the one red wire for my parking lights? And also do I connect my black wires to the black parking wire or somewhere else? Sorry if I'm not being specific:D:help:

Looking at it now it does look like 4 power leads and 4 ground leads. For the sake of a cleaner install, I'd suggest routing them together so that you only have one of each. That way you're not splicing into your factory wiring a bunch of times. You can probably get rid of some of the excess wire while you're at it to clean up the clutter once installled too.

Okay, I don't have soldering gun, so how should connect the wires?

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Soldering and shrink tubing would be best but you can use connectors and a crimp tool.
