I noticed the other day that my brakes were sticking and when my truck was in neutral I was having a hard time pushing my truck. I thought it was my ebrake sticking as I saw my gas Milage plummet the last 2 tanks from 21-22 to 17. I checked my brake fluid yesterday and it was at the MIN line and my brake light was coming on and off randomly. Could the low fluid be the culprit to my sticky brakes?

I'd say it's frozen, but if your location is correct that probably isn't the issue.

It probably is the e-brake sticking, just not due to ice. I'd suggest crawling under the truck and having a look at all the e-brake components, it probably just needs adjustment
