Can my idea be done? Front/Side/Rear LED lights with strobe option

So I am not sure if this can be done or not but I am looking to do the following setup

Amber/White 5" LED on the front behind the grille (total of 2)
White 5" LED on the sides of my Prinsu Cab/Top Rack (3 total each side)
Red/White 5" LED on the rear of my Prinsu Top Rack (total of 2)

Want to be able to control each section on its own:

Front on
Rear on
Left side on
Right side on

but also want to be able to add a strobe option aside from the constant on

Total controls would look like

ON:
Front
Rear
Left
Right
Light Bar

Strobe:
Front
Rear
Left
Right

The constant on I plan to use for desert trips, needing extra light when working on a home project, etc. The strobe feature will be used when helping a friend on his commercial side business and sometimes we have to park in odd places and my normal emergency flashers just don't cut it.

First, can these be programmed as such without having to go through a full selection of strobe features, just set to ON and STROBE and those settings are saved. Also, is there a low profile control panel on the market that would possibly fit on the left side of the steering column?


Shitty paint diagram on how I want the setup. I put the 40" light bar too far back, should be windshield mounted but you get the idea. The front sides will be in the middle of the front/rear doors
