Although everyone seems to say and show pics of 5 zerks I can only find 4 - 2 front and 2 back. Is this possible given I have the regular cab 4wd, 4 cyl tacoma?

Color matched door handles, Weathertech floor liners, bed mat, Durafit seat covers, tailgate clamp, 2016 TRD Sport 17" wheels with Yokohama Geolander AT tires , Toyota exhaust tip, Toyota/Yakima bike rail mount, Toyota wheel locks, Toyota hitch cover, Redline hood struts, unifilter on air pump.
If you have a one piece driveshaft (and I believe reg cabs do) you only have 4 zerks.

I just checked my lube guide and reg cabs only have 4 zerks.

[1] 4 fittings with regular cab and 5 fittings with access or
    Double cab.

Wow! Mystery solved...yes it is a single rear drive shaft...zerks front and back but nothing in middle.
I have been searching for an hour thinking I was loosing my mind. Thanks!

No good recommendations on grease. I am still researching that...I did find reference to a grade NLGI #2 grease...I think they call for #1 and #2 for different zerks but #2 is better I believe and so can be used all round. Others probably have more specific directions.
