Can the radio button on the steering wheel be rotated?

Personally, I don’t think most of yaw even understood my simple question. I asked if the switch could be rotated; its a simple question, especially since the measurements of the button housing is the same so if it is possible to rotate the button 45 degrees could solve the problem.

 

You asked a simple question, got a simple answer, but went on about asking if its doable.... seems like you didnt want "no" to be the answer.

You already made your mind up that it should be doable. Go for it, take it apart, be a trailblazer and make it happen.

 

I honestly didn’t mean for anyone to get upset. It just amazes how many threads were posted on such a dumb(IMO of course) issue.

Like that’s how it is on the stereo, so the steering wheels controls are the same, I don’t get where the problem is, honestly. Volume left to right, stations/songs up and down. Is it that hard of a concept for people in 2021?

 

You should just try it, it’s not hard to take apart. And I think you meant 90 degrees, not 45.

 

For some it is, clearly. Otherwise there wouldn't be 5,000 threads about the same issue.

 

I appreciate your comment but here’s the thing. I’m not upset as I know how they work and I get them stirred up because they don’t expect as much dished back.
