This girl tried changing lanes and her passenger mirror scraped against the rear of my truck. I got her info and all that. I'm wondering how "bad" this mark is; is it just her mirror's paint on my body paint, which can come off or is my paint messed up?

Nu Finish scratch remover or if you have to; turtle wax rubbing compound. Be careful with the rubbing compound though.

It can be removed if you run your fingernail over it and it doesnt catch.

I'd put my money on that it comes off pretty easily. with rubbing compound or the nu finish as Oat said.

That should buff out. I'd check and make sure the paint hasn't cracked anywhere though.

Get some nail polish remover from your girl. It will wipe right off. Or ue some paint thinner to take it off then ad a bit of wax to the spot you used the thinner on. I know this because I also paint cars.

Seems like it's just a scuff and can be rubbed out *snicker* with some Turtle wax rubbing compound and some elbow grease.

thanks ya'll. I used some acetone - lightly, and the spot came right off. There may be 1 or two very small scratches but nothing major. Lucked out.
