I can't find anything in the warranty info that came with my 2015 Tacoma that indicates what or what I shouldn't do to not violate warranty rules except that I must use "genuine Toyota parts" during the warranty period.

But I can't find anything regarding undercoating.

Dealership offered undercoating at a hugely inflated price compared to what I can get on my own.

I'm thinking I might just do Fluid film.

    What do you think?

Thanks. I'm in Canada and though I'm sure we have similar laws and Acts, companies have greater power here to screw consumers. The country has always been geared to helping big corporations since the days of the Hudson Bay Company fur trade. The company comes first, the servants later.

    no it will NOT

IF you spray ujoints and they fail, maybe
IF you spray brakes and any other parts you should not, maybe
IF you spray rubber items and boots, maybe

but anything metal, painted metal, and does not get hot and it
not a heat shield or rotating part, should be fine to blast it
