Need a little advice. I am planning on putting new tires on an older vehicle and figured while I was at it I would go ahead and replace the TPMS sensors. I went ahead and ordered the sensors on Fleabay and they arrived today but question is how can 4 different sensors have the same exact ID code on them. I’m thinking I got screwed cause I’ve never seen this before. I have my own scan tools but don’t wanna waste time putting them in just to find out they are trash. What do you guys think, can all 4 sensors have the same ID code?

    Link to the listing?

I've never played with clonable ones, but if they're not clonable (ones you can change the ID with a tool) it almost makes me wonder if they're some super duper cheap Chinese ones where they just copied everything about one sensor, without knowing what they were copying.

If you don't have a TPMS reader, I'd borrow one and hit them with it, and see what they say... doesn't much matter what they have printed on them, matters what they transmit.

Hey guys see this is old thread. Just curious as to what happened. I bought the exact same sensors. All 4 appear to be the same .

I was afraid to put them in so I just kept my old ones installed and put the 4 questionable sensors up

Well as an update, I went to Pep Boys and they scanned the sensors and all 4 were different. So the manufacturer decided just to not change printer when making these apparently. PB charged me $17 to relearn the new codes to my car and my TMPS light is off and they are working. So yours should work
