I believed it was regeared, they replaced it all with parts from a chevy because they are more durable i believe was the reason? but what would happen if it was regeared for 35s?

what kind of lift is it (i mean specifically what parts have been replaced/added from stock)? is it just a 6" tower on top of the stock struts? If so i would think you would be able to just get a 4" tower from a different lift to bring it down a bit.

i can try. snap a few of the lift parts. never dealt with a DB lift. but i know they have different heights that are all achieved about the same way, but throwing a big ass tower in between the strut and the coil bucket.

best bet might honestly be to confirm with fabtech whatever you find out here and see if they can send you a part that you might need

Lol he was kidding bud. Way to keep it polite though. Definitely don't go 29's haha. The 35's look nasty on your truck though. What kind of mpg's you gettin? I would test that before you decide to swap tires.

If you're suggesting Elsenordave is kidding about that look, you're wrong. It was probably the first thing I noticed on my first trip to Maui - if the truck's lifted, you can pretty much count on it looking like that. Better in the sand? I don't know, maybe Dave can elaborate.

Naw I mean I believe him that people do that to their trucks. I wasn't calling him a liar I just think he was being serious telling OP to do that to his truck. Could be mistaken though
