Yes but your going to need 7 more axles to fit 18 wheels!

In all seriousness it really depends on the backspacing and tire size you plan to run.

You can do an 18" diameter wheel - they're available factory from Toyota in fact - but a 9" width would be pushing it.

Most likely the tire size you're going to want to end up with on an unlifted truck is either 265/60R18 or 265/65R18 and a 265 width tire is really too narrow to put on a 9" wide rim. I'd look for an 18x7 rim.

If what you want is a wide tire, you might possibly be able to stuff some 285/55R18's in there, but even then I'd be looking for an 8" wide rim not a 9" rim.

Play with the tire size calculator: https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc

ok my next question would be can I use stock wheels on a 4inch BDS Lift? I want to eventually get bigger wheels and tires but its not in the budget right now

4" lift on factory tires will be the "gangly teenager" look. But - what's that pic in your signature icon? Clearly not riding on factory tires and wheels.
