Exhaust... maybe, depending on miles and how crushed they are

    Intake, i wouldn't

You can try if the only other recourse might be a 50 mile walk .

I would not count on it

I reused mine that had 50k on them when I put headers on. Never had a leak with 105k it had on it. No longer own the truck.

    People have don’t it.

    I wouldn’t and you shouldn’t.

I don’t like removing exhaust bolts, nuts, or studs any more than I have to.
I’d hate to have the old ones leak, then break of a bolt while replacing the gaskets later.

I guess the question is, what is your time worth?

idk what they're made out of but some sealing car parts can be re-expanded by heating with a torch

You’re talking about a few dollars to do the right thing. Treat the taco right and go the smart route

The best Answer is Maybe !

It is your truck go for it you might get lucky.I would most likely break something then the extra cost of the gaskets would have ended up being cheap

We all do what we need at times If I had to a small thin layer of Permtex # 2 on both sides

Anyone else re-used their exhaust gaskets regarding catback, y-pipe

mine are young, likely under 1yo

if I ever have to re-use exhaust gaskets on another car
though they're typically the flat sheet metal kind
re-expanding them with a torch, installing with lubricant/grease, carefully torquing in pattern, has always worked

Ideally I'd put all new hardware too but shit's like $40+ for a bag of bolts.
IDK how Toyota is (FSM) for replacing. I know German cars it's mandatory required by manufacturer, to at least replace exhaust nuts.
Mine aren't rusted to shit FWIW

simpler to try refresh and re-use. Easy to find leaks. Get new IF they leak.
Than to hunt down PN's, shop around, order, wait for mail, etc.

I sure hope Yota dealer computer per VIN says what GRN package the truck is, or door sticker, to clarify which pic or what the GRN's even mean...

I've even re-used oil drain plug washers in a pinch, it's not hard.
You just put them on concrete, heat with torch enough to expand but not melt them, let cool, and install. You can see it expand.
Practice on a spare one to see how long it takes to melt into a puddle of liquid, so you learn the feel of what heat time it takes/color.
Or if you need, rub soap on it; if the soap turns black it's expanded

I re-use exhaust gaskets all the time, especially when they are under warranty and backordered.

Especially under 3 years old there's very little risk of an exhaust leak.

Is it ideal? No. But why blow a ton of money for the same result.

exactly. I just didn’t know how different if at all the Toyota ones are. I’m used to working with other brand gaskets that are not this type of aerated foamy mesh material. But at the end of the day heat expands so anything squished by bolting together can typically get re expanded again with heat on the ground.
To replace everything even though it looks good, adds up costing extra as does the drive.

often times manufacturers list parts as must replace simply for their warranty administrator to dig through your record of old parts turned in to find one nut missing, then try to deny paying for the entire 40 hour repair you did successfully (aka theft)
