I registered my truck on the Toyota Owners' site a while ago, and it shows some basic info about the truck, but I can't look at the service history for some reason. Can anyone else see their service history?

See build link in signature or public profile.
I just logged into mine and it says that the site is undergoing maintenance and to check back later.

Had no problem with my logon. I can see the servicing the previous owner of my Prerunner had done at the dealership.

The only service history shown is from a toyota dealer. I have like 2 records on mine. One was the frame replacement.

+1, though mine are routine maintenance from the original owner.

I kept trying, and the website seems a little flaky. I would occasionally get error messages, or no service history, but eventually I got a list of only 3 times that my '99 (bought new in AZ) has been serviced at a dealer. I'm sure it has been in more than that, esp. considering that the oldest record shown is from 2010.

Further browsing through that site finds this message:

Why is my service history from past years not shown on Toyota Owners?
For most dealerships, records go back to early 2005. However, in certain areas, we did not begin storing dealership repair order information until late 2007. These areas include North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Some dealerships may not participate, and occasionally records are not transferred. In these instances, please contact your Toyota dealership and request to have your records printed.

My goal of course is to see if there has been any major work done on my truck - at least the work done at a dealer. I am curious to know if the frame has been replaced too. Hopefully a trip to my friendly local Toyota dealer can get me a little more info.

Just go to the dealer where the service was done and hey will give you history. Or you can carfax it and it will give you history also. Considering it was done at the dealer or a mechanic shop that reports the record.
