i was wondering, we have been thinking of getting my wife an SUV (4runner or Sequioia) since she is pregnant. I am leasing my '12 Tacoma double cab SR5 V6 for $286 month for 48 mos. Is it possible to "sell" this to someone to take over your lease payments? I mean $286 a mo is not that bad for someone looking for a '12 DC, you know. Anyone have experience in this? Maybe some finance guys on here? :)

Yeah I did an inspection for a couple that was selling/passing on their lease to someone else. I work for BMW but I'm sure Toyota isn't too different. Good Luck!

Dang seems like the last two trucks you bought weren't really planned out and now you want to end this lease to get an SUV lol. Maybe you should think about your next move before going into this one...just say :D

You could always buy out the remaining balance on your lease then sell the truck. I did that with my last car in order to buy my Tacoma. Put it on my credit line then sold the car and paid it back immediately. Made $2500 too.
